This is the first screen on the decision page, after over view of Performance Chars (you should have a look before any new year).

This table can be a waste of money or a trap for new managers.

We can get a Gold Star Award but this can not help in ranking.

We can get some Image Rating Points, 2-3 points, easily. Other decisions can be a waste of too much money.

The best choice is this table:

  1. Use of Recycled Boxing / Packaging
  2. Ethics Training / Enforcement
  3. Workforce Diversity Program

This can cost 3-4-5 and increasing Yearly and get 2-3-4 Points.

So, do not spend any money here, sometimes, we can lead the game.

Actually, we should spend 2-3-4 millions here, it is close to real business life, especially when we get 40-50 even 150 million Net Profit and Total Revenue of 600 million.

Do NOT spend money here when company in bad position. In other cases, we should make right choice.

If you spend too much money here, eg. 10 - 15 million, just to get 4-5 points of Image Rating (which can get from other decisions more effectively). You are decreasing EPS, ROE, may be Credit Rating. So, making right decisions here also very important.

So, we should spend 2-3-4 millions on this table to get 3-4 Image Rating Points in this table, it deserves and also make our decisions more reasonable.
